My earliest memories of baking are with my mother and my grandmother. I haven't stopped baking since. I have been a Pastry Chef in Logan,Utah for the past nineteen years. I love the imaginative process and artistry of designing wedding cakes. Designing and creating a cake to fulfill your dreams is essential.
I graduated with a BFA in Painting and Fibers. Creating and designing cakes is a way to merge both of my passions. I taught baking at Utah State University for eight years in the Culinary Arts Program.
I want these edible works of art to be fabulous looking and tasting. I only make cakes from scratch, using rich dutched chocolate in the chocolate cakes or capturing the delicate flavor of pistachios and butter in the genoise.
